Thanks to the continued hard work of the Piroto team, our suppliers, and partners we continue to keep our colleagues safe and our customers supplied.
Our senior management team are routinely reviewing procedures and updating risk assessments in line with Government guidance as circumstances change.
Despite the unpredictability of events, you can rest assured that we will continue to monitor the situation and take immediate measures where necessary.

It’s been amazing to see such great teamwork over the last few weeks. Our suppliers, partners, colleagues and customers working together in the spirit of collaboration to deal with these new and difficult circumstances.

Like you, we are taking unprecedented steps to support our customers through this crisis.
We would like to reassure our customers, particularly those who operate in the food, distribution and healthcare sectors, that our operation is currently running at normal capacity.
We have implemented special measures to ensure we maintain production capacity, keep high hygiene standards and ensure that employees are not working in close proximity to each other. These measures include splitting the operations team into smaller working units; with staggered start and finish times, and separate toilet, rest and kitchen facilities.
We have stepped up production, for those customers serving key industries, to ensure that sufficient stocks of vital labels and tags are maintained.
If a member of our customer team hasn’t managed to make contact with you personally yet, and you’d like to discuss a contingency plan for your supplies, please do get in touch.
All team members that are able to work remotely are now doing so. The team is doing a great job to keep communication channels open for all our customers. As with any new way of working though, we may encounter a few issues that slow down our normal response times.
Rest assured we are reacting quickly to this fast-moving and incredibly difficult situation.
