Piroto Labelling & Northampton Town Football Club continue partnership
We are delighted to announce a renewed and extended partnership with Northampton Town Football Club (NTFC).
Managing Director of Piroto Labelling, Leigh Mann said ‘We are delighted to renew our partnership with our local team, Northampton Town Football Club, for another season. What better way to celebrate the return of spectators to the ground than with a revamped version of the popular fund-raising golden goal prize card.’
Originally developed as a scratch card, our technical team saw an opportunity to improve the design by changing to a peel and reveal format.
The game mechanism is simple but effective. Each card is printed with six time slots, and the card bearing the time of the first goal is the winner. In the case of a goalless draw, one prize card in each match batch is printed with ‘NOGOL’, and that card becomes the winner.
Small changes to the label adhesive and ease of the peel off area, ensure the prize cards are even more popular with the fans!
Attracting young fans
NTFC are renowned for their award winning match day experiences which attracts hundreds of families each season.
Piroto, working with the club, have added their support to the award winning family area by creating a new unique ‘Clarence the Dragon’ peel and reveal card. The card gives the younger fans the chance to win exciting prizes, such as ‘Win a Mascot’, each matchday, adding even more fun to their match day experience.
